Version 2026-09-26. This license governs every number served by
corpusAI Cloud Pricing at `https://cloud.trycorpus.ai`: the API under `/v1`, the hosted and
local MCP servers, the bulk files, the free charts, the public daily files
behind them, and every index fixing, token fixing, term ladder and capacity
score (together, the **Data**). The licensor is corpusAI, operated by Julian
Traversa (**corpusAI**). The Data is compiled, normalized and computed by
corpusAI and is protected as a database and as original work. Paying for a
call, using a prepaid key, retrieving a free endpoint, or loading a chart is
acceptance of these terms by conduct. If you do not accept them, do not use
the Data.

## What a paid call buys

A paid call grants the paying person or organization (**you**) a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the values returned
by that call **internally**, for your own analysis, operations, research and
decision-making, for as long as this license is not terminated. Internal
means within the single legal entity that paid; affiliates, subsidiaries,
parents, clients and contractors are separate entities and need their own
calls or a redistribution license.

You may store the values you retrieved on systems you control and reuse them
internally. You may combine them with your own data. You may produce
derived work from them, provided the Data cannot be reconstructed, in whole
or in substantial part, from what you produce.

## What is not allowed

Unless a separate written license from corpusAI says otherwise, you may not:

- **Redistribute** the Data or any substantial part of it, in any form, to
  anyone outside the entity that paid: no republishing, no sharing of files,
  no APIs, feeds, dashboards, spreadsheets, datasets or downloads that carry
  the Data onward, whether free or paid.
- **Resell** the Data, sub-license it, or include it in a product, service
  or dataset that others pay for or use.
- **Build a competing product**: use the Data to create, calibrate, verify or
  back-fill another price feed, index, benchmark, dataset or database of
  cloud, GPU or token prices, or to substitute for calls to this service.
- **Train or fine-tune models** on the Data, or use it to build embeddings,
  retrieval corpora or other machine-learning artifacts that are shared,
  sold or served to others. Reading a value inside an agent run to answer a
  task is fine; making the Data part of a model is not.
- **Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract** the free charts, the public daily files or
  the free endpoints, or systematically assemble the paid endpoints into a
  copy of the store. The bulk files exist for that purpose and carry the same
  restrictions.
- **Remove or obscure** source attributions, methodology versions,
  timestamps or this license from any copy of the Data.
- **Circumvent** payment, keys, rate limits or access controls, share a
  prepaid key outside the paying entity, or present the Data as your own or
  as another provider's.

## Quoting index fixings

Index and token **fixings** (the values published under `CX.*` tickers) may
be quoted publicly, in prose, charts or tables, in reasonable amounts that do
not amount to a republication of the series, provided each quotation carries
the attribution **"Source: corpusAI Cloud Pricing"**, a link to
`https://cloud.trycorpus.ai`, and the methodology version served with the value. Raw provider
quotes, spot events, snapshots, bulk files and the underlying quote-level data
may not be quoted or published at all without a written license.

## Free charts and public files

The charts at `https://cloud.trycorpus.ai/charts`, the GPU page and the daily JSON files behind
them are provided for viewing and for citation with the attribution above.
They may not be redistributed, embedded in other products, scraped, or used
for any purpose listed under "What is not allowed". They are a preview of
the Data, not a public-domain release; no Creative Commons or open-data
license applies to any part of the Data.

## Redistribution, display and enterprise licenses

Feeds, terminals, dashboards, datasets, resale, use across a group of
companies, model training, on-chain publication, and any other use outside
the grant above are available under a written license. Write to

## Term, termination and enforcement

This license lasts while you comply with it. corpusAI may terminate it, and
disable keys, wallets or addresses, immediately on breach or on reasonable
suspicion of breach, without refund of prepaid balances used in breach. On
termination you must stop using the Data and delete every copy of it,
including copies inside derived work that could reconstruct it. corpusAI may
audit compliance by reasonable written request. Breach of the redistribution,
resale or competing-product terms causes harm that money cannot fully
repair, and corpusAI may seek injunctive relief in addition to damages.

## No warranty and limits

The Data is compiled from provider APIs, public pages and third-party
archives, each named on the row, and is provided **as is**. corpusAI does not
warrant that any value is accurate, complete, current or fit for trading,
procurement or any other decision, and is not liable for any loss arising
from use of the Data. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount you
paid corpusAI in the twelve months before the claim. The Data is not
investment, financial or legal advice.

## Changes

corpusAI may change this license by publishing a new version at
`https://cloud.trycorpus.ai/license`; the version in force is the one published when a call is
